Marianne Yulo is a corporate paralegal in our Calgary office with a focus on various corporate share transactions, incorporations, amalgamations and amendments for both federal and provincial.

She enjoys helping lawyers with their transactional work and seeing the outcome of successful transactions.

Marianne lights up the office with her positive attitude and sense of humour. She never takes herself too seriously which allows her to keep her clients on track when things are going wrong. She comes from a family full of lawyers so it was only natural that she would also work in law.

Outside the Office

Marianne spends her time baking and decorating sugar cookies. She likes to bake for fundraisers and donates the proceeds to causes close to her heart. She also enjoys being at home and taking long naps.
