Marcia Kinash is a Certified Canadian Patent Administrator (CCPA). With over seven years’ experience, she brings her passion for intellectual property law to our Canmore office. 

Marcia works closely with our lawyers and patent agents to prepare and file Canadian patent and industrial design applications with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office.  She also drafts letters for clients and assists with the administration of the office.  

With her keen eye for detail, Marcia works diligently to meet deadlines and keep applications on track. She has the ability to juggle multiple projects without feeling overwhelmed.

Outside the Office

Marcia loves being outdoors, commuting to work by bike, hiking with her family in the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter. She thoroughly enjoys photography and loves to capture the many beautiful moments in life.
