Jennifer Janz focuses her civil litigation practice on health law, defending health care professionals and organizations against medical malpractice and negligence claims before the Alberta Court of Queen's Bench and Alberta Court of Appeal. Her clients include health authorities, hospitals, long-term care centres, nurses and other paramedical professionals throughout Alberta.

In addition to her litigation practice, Jennifer advises clients regarding risk management issues, best practices and litigation avoidance. She also provides clinical policy and practice opinions to health care clients and advice on resolving internal medical staff disputes.  

Before starting her legal career, Jennifer was on the front lines of patient care as a medical laboratory technologist for more than 10 years.
