Jared Hubbard is a lawyer in our Calgary office, where he focuses on business and securities law.

Jared chose to pursue law because of his passion for working with people and solving problems. He has assisted with numerous corporate and securities transactions ranging up to $21.5 million and supports small to medium-sized businesses in day-to-day corporate matters.  No client is too small for Jared, and he’s always ready to help businesses navigate complex legal issues with a practical and collaborative approach. His legal experience includes:

Jared has an educational background in business, marketing, consumer behaviour, and psychology, and has participated on advisory and research teams in those fields. As a law student, he also contributed to helping others through his volunteer work with Pro Bono Students Canada and B.C. Legal Services Society, where he assisted individuals seeking guidance about the family law system in B.C. Prior to his career in law, he worked as a certified soccer referee, lifeguard, and National Lifeguard Instructor. Jared’s unique background and experience has helped him develop his passion for working with people and assists him in providing insightful, client-focused support and solutions.

When Jared is not in the office, he might be found backpacking, immersed in a psychedelic rock playlist, hunting down new recipes to cook for his family, or watching a horror movie.
