As Field Law’s Director of HR + Administration, Holly Dreger is responsible for leading the human resource functions including employee relations, staffing and recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, staff training and development, and health and wellness. She oversees office administration and facilities in all four Field Law offices and conducts the professional development and coaching of legal support professionals.

Holly has enjoyed working in the legal industry and in law office management for over two decades. She is passionate about living and leading a respectful workplace. She enjoys working with and supporting her team to provide positive results and solution focused strategies for the people at Field Law.

Outside the Office

Holly enjoys spending time doing activities with her family including entertaining, hiking, skiing, cooking, movies and the odd video gaming. She is a devoted dance mom and a proud dog mom to her golden retriever.
