Wills, Estates + Trusts: Amanda provides comprehensive legal guidance in matters related to estate and trust litigation, power of attorney disputes, mental capacity, will challenges, probate, and estate administration. Amanda offers tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of her clients and protects their interests.
Employment Law: Amanda assists both employers and employees in navigating the intricacies of employment law. She provides strategic advice and representation in various employment-related matters, including wrongful dismissal claims, employment contracts, workplace discrimination, and human rights issues.
Insurance Law: With a deep understanding of insurance law principles, Amanda advocates for her clients in insurance disputes, coverage issues, and claims resolution. She regularly practices in the areas of automobile, occupiers’ liability, commercial general liability, and directors and officers liability to achieve fair results for her clients.
Amanda has achieved notable success in representing clients in complex legal matters before the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, Court of Appeal of Alberta, and the Provincial Court of Alberta. She is committed to staying current with the latest developments in the legal field to provide clients with informed and effective representation.
Before law school, Amanda attended North Carolina State University on a NCAA Division 1 golf scholarship where she earned her degree in business and minored in law and justice. At North Carolina State University, Amanda was a National Academic All-American and her golf team was consistently ranked in the top 20 nationally. Outside of school, Amanda has competed for her province and country at national and international golf championships.
