Amal Mehio is a paralegal in litigation services with nearly 20 years of legal experience in many types of litigation. Her focus is on personal injury, insurance defence and commercial litigation. 

She provides assistance throughout the litigation process, including initial case development, drafting pleadings, discovery preparation, mediation support, electronic document organization and production by utilizing database software and imaging technology and trial preparation. 

Prior to joining Field Law, Amal worked as a litigation paralegal at law firms in both Alberta and British Columbia.

Outside the Office

Amal loves to travel and be outdoors with her family hiking and biking. She has two young children who are involved in organized sports, which keeps her quite busy.
