Field Law's Emerging Technology Group invites you to a thought-provoking talk with Brian Pandya, a Washington-based litigator and contributor to There’s No Such Thing as Cryptocrime. With special thanks to ENFOCOM Cyber for bringing Brian in to share his expertise, this session will dive into the U.S. perspective on these issues and more.

- Recent trends in cross-border actions, including data breaches and cryptocurrency cases.
- Practical tips for working with U.S. counsel and authorities.
- Predictions on legal priorities and trends under the current U.S. administration.
About the Speaker
Brian Pandya is a partner in the Washington, DC office of Duane Morris LLP and previously served as Deputy Associate Attorney General at the United States Department of Justice from 2019-21. Brian’s practice now focuses on high-stakes litigations and investigations, mainly in the areas of intellectual property, antitrust, and complex commercial disputes. He also frequently counsels clients on data privacy, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies issues.
