Abandoned Manufactured Homes: The Court Process Clarified
Q+A Session

Abandoned homes have been an issue for landlords of manufactured home communities for a long time. They can be rather complicated, and knowing when a Quit Claim and Release by the tenant is appropriate, and when to bring a court application can be confusing. In most instances, the manufactured home in question has little to no value and, as the landlord for the community, you want to keep your costs as low as possible.

If you proceed with a court application and obtain an Order for Possession, the steps involved in enforcing that Order and recovering any judgment and costs may have you swimming in murky waters.

Join Paul Kolida and Trina Jackson for a complimentary informal Q+A session where your questions guide the session and they provide their legal perspectives on this problematic and topical issue.

Who should attend? This session is designed for landlords and managers of manufactured home communities and anyone involved in the administration of manufactured homes.
