Our Edmonton office is looking for a Litigation Support Services Clerk. Reporting directly to the Litigation Support Services Manager, this is a role where you will work with a variety of practice groups within the firm.

Duties + Responsibilities
- Opening and maintaining of databases, including data management and tracking.
- Managing and organizing incoming electronic evidence.
- Unitization of client records and loading, indexing of same into Casepoint cloud platform.
- Exporting data from Casepoint platform, including generating database load files and/or PDF production sets.
- Interacting with outside entities (such as clients, vendors, and other law firms) to gather information or coordinate activities as needed.
- Communicating regularly with Lawyers, Paralegals, and Legal Assistants in a professional manner.
- Tracking and recording time.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications + Skills
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience.
- Working knowledge of litigation support software
- Advanced computer and technical skills.
- Knowledge of litigation process at all levels of Court.
- Team player, cooperative, flexible, and professional.
- A high level of skill in both verbal and written communication.
- Strong attention to detail and superior time management and organizations skills.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate activities in a timely manner.
- Ability to work to deadlines and maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
Working Conditions

- Normal weekday office hours (35).
