TJ Adegbile is paralegal with over six years of experience in corporate and securities law.

His work primarily involves assisting with share purchases and sale, share transfers, due diligence, particularly in exempt market offerings, and ensuring corporate compliance. With a strong focus on simplifying complex processes, TJ prides himself on making intricate legal matters appear straightforward for his clients.

TJ’s experience includes drafting resolutions, meeting minutes, preparing agreements, and attending private company shareholders' meetings as a scrutineer. He also handles exempt distribution and insider reports, conducts corporate due diligence searches, and reviews minute books to prepare comprehensive documentation for various corporate transactions.

He is a registered SEDAR+ and SEDI filing agent, a CORES level 3 accredited agent, and has gained additional experience with SPIN II during his work in real estate. Holding a bachelor’s degree in law, TJ is driven by a strong work ethic and a passion for the evolving nature of law, finding joy in helping clients navigate complex legal frameworks with ease.
