Our Business Immigration Group can advise your company on best practices to develop and implement Temporary Foreign Worker Program compliance policies and internal audit procedures. We represent businesses involved in employer compliance audits and inspections. We also work with Field Law’s Labour and Employment, Business and Litigation Groups to deliver quality advice and documents in these complementary areas.
