We have been involved in a broad spectrum of innovative projects including zero lot line developments, private ownership of roads and amenities utilizing resident associations and master-planned communities bringing character and value to thousands of home buyers in Alberta. We have also acted for the owners of shopping centres and office buildings as well as integrated multi-use downtown projects.
