Jane has recently assisted clients in the following areas:

  • Pipeline disputes involving intersecting jurisdictional issues

Value to Clients

Whether her client is an insurer involved in a significant personal injury claim or a commercial party seeking to enforce their contractual rights, Jane’s approach is consistent and equally impactful. She focuses on the client’s big picture goals to secure favorable, cost-efficient outcomes. She also excels at managing the people and emotions that can influence decision-making on both sides of a case. While she takes every opportunity to resolve a case without prolonged, risky litigation, she is also fully prepared to protect her clients’ best interests in court when necessary.

Jane has extensive experience representing clients in mediations and at all levels of court in Alberta.

Outside the Office

Jane can usually be found at the hockey rink with her young children. She is a karaoke and musical theatre enthusiast.
