Taylor Woolsey is a lawyer practicing in the Labour and Employment Group. Taylor has experience advising individuals and employers on a wide range of employment related issues including employment and consulting agreements, wrongful dismissal claims, discrimination, the duty to accommodate, discipline and termination. She has successfully appeared before Provincial Court of Alberta and the Court of Queen’s Bench.

Taylor joined Field Law as a summer student in 2014 before returning as an articling student in 2015. Before joining Field, she obtained a Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary, and an Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. While attending law school, Taylor was heavily involved in mooting and debating, participating in the Jessup International Law Moot and the Gale Cup Moot Court Competition. Taylor continues to volunteer with the University of Calgary’s Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Students Canada’s Amicus Project as a volunteer lawyer.
