Dana Adams is an Edmonton-based lawyer whose practice focuses on labour and employment law, where she primarily helps employers manage their operations and assists in defending grievances, human rights complaints and in dealing with other disputes with unions and employees. Dana’s practice is unique in that she also acts on the union side, allowing her to see the issues from both sides. Her work also includes administrative health law where she focusses primarily on hospital privileging issues. Dana has appeared before the Provincial Court of Alberta, the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal as well as the Alberta Human Rights Commission and the Alberta Labour Relations Board.
It’s important I address the current issue effectively, but also see other potential issues that could arise down the road and then connect those dots.
