Jeremiah Kowalchuk is experienced litigation counsel, representing clients before all levels of court in Alberta and in the Federal Court. Jeremiah focuses on commercial litigation, construction, real estate disputes, and debt recovery, regularly representing medium to large construction companies in Alberta as well as owners, contractors and engineers on both sides of the docket. Many of Jeremiah’s clients are businesses based in Eastern Canada or the US and with oil-patch interests in Alberta, including oilfield construction.

Outside of Work
Jeremiah takes cooking classes and runs in his spare time. He also loves to travel. Favorite destinations? Hawaii (for the surfing) and Italy (for the food).
