Sarah MacDougall started her legal journey in personal injury but she always had a love for corporate law. After moving to Calgary in 2018, the opportunity to work as a corporate paralegal presented itself and she has been growing as a corporate paralegal ever since.

Sarah enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and helping clients with their corporate needs. She works with clients to maintain their corporations on a day to day basis, assisting with restructuring when needed and documenting various share transactions on their behalf. Because of her love of challenges, her favourite part of her job is completing a large transaction from start to finish and feeling a sense of accomplishment.

Her legal corporate experience spans through Alberta, BC, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon and Federal corporations.

Value to Clients

"I always strive to provide exceptional service to our clients and will do whatever it takes to make the client happy and meet their needs, no matter how difficult the request."

Outside the Office

Sarah is a former gymnast who loves to travel to experience different cultures and try new food. She is obsessed with true crime documentaries. In the winter, you can find Sarah on the slopes downhill skiing.
