Renée Gilead is an experienced business lawyer whose practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Renée has practiced law in Calgary, Alberta and in Sydney, Australia with both national and international law firms in both jurisdictions.
Renée works with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, providing clients with advice on a wide range of strategic transactions, including asset and share acquisitions and divestitures, public and private financings, and corporate reorganizations. She routinely assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of corporate and commercial agreements, and she also provides clients with day-to-day governance and compliance advice.
